Agency postpones meetings on bistate sage grouse

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Agency has postponed two public hearings on its proposal to list a distinct species of sage grouse found along the Nevada-California line as threatened.

Agency officials said hearings that were scheduled Tuesday in Minden and Wednesday in Bishop, Calif., will be rescheduled.

New dates were announced.
